At Maple Clothing Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
